Day 2 cont'd

Drove to Virginia on Tuesday afternoon, but was unable to get online until now. So here's a recap.

Doug, you lied to me!! That bridge was scary. Had to squint over the entire thing so I wouldn't see how high up I was.

Went to Amy (her mom and my mom were sisters) and Eddie's house -- they have 2 big dogs, 5 cats and a peanut in the pod. I guess having zoos is a common family theme.

Amy's childhood scar on her leg finally healed. I shoved her into a brush bout 25 years ago, but she was still willing to give me her license so I could get through my sophomore and junior years of college. Always had to stand on my toes since she's only 6" taller than I (wasn't wearing stilettos back then).

We had dinner with her sister Sally, father Paul and his wife Ann.

I found out that I'm part Native American -- a really tiny part, but I still think that's cool.

All the animals got along great. They ran around so much that I couldn't get a pic of them all togeter, but you can see them individually.

Abby, Piper (from Charmed) and Buddy w/ one of the cats whose name I can't remember. (The two cats names I can remember happen to be Buffy and Willow).

If you ever drive through VA, be warned...they have unmarked cops in yellow Corvettes!!!!
