People who carry their dogs. Walking a dog means that the dog actually walks!!

Overheard a man and woman on the train yesterday. He's a politician and she asked about his view on gay marriage in NJ. He said he was too "compartamentalized" to offer an opinion. What the frak does that mean?? Then she said she grew up in NJ and that "nothing in NJ is not corrupt." The conversation was more interesting than how I just conveyed it, really.
