Went to see mom in NC for last weekend of September. She was the special guest for the class of 1962 Mount Airy HS, which she taught. See pix below:
On way back to NYC and went through security. Only wearing yoga pants and tank-top. I beeped. So they asked that I take off watch. Still beeped. Had to have female inspector. She was very kind -- said that if I became uncomfortable, that I could go to a private room. She scanned me w/ the scanner, then padded me down. Nothing. Get on plane. Take off my purse and knock off my sunglasses that are ON TOP OF MY HEAD. How did no one notice that?? i'm only 5'2" -- they could see the top of my head... i could not. Made the flight, barely.

I can't believe no one noticed the sunglasses.
That's some top rate security.
Just ignore the bomb strapped to my head.
